Jalandhar, March 13

Eckovation, an NGO, through its Open School platform, is playing a crucial role in ensuring delivery of quality education to all the students of India. Kapurthala citizen Ritula Anand has teamed up with graduates from IIT Delhi to develop an app to disseminate quality education to students.

‘Eckovation’, a free mobile app, connects students with meritorious teachers from all across the country. The app is available on Google Play store and Apple store for free. By downloading the app ‘Eckovation’, students from primary classes to engineering and medical classes up till class 12 get access to quality education.

For students who are preparing for IIT-JEE from an early age or various other medical entrance exams, there are multiple groups available in the recommended groups section. The founders of the app, Ritesh Singh and Akshat Goel also contribute to the daily lessons on the Open School along with various JEE and medical entrance exam qualified teachers.

Ritula Anand, chief marketing officer, Eckovation said, “Eckovation aims to increase the reach of quality education. Through this initiative, teachers who register their groups for the Open School will get a chance to increase the reach of their classroom to multiple students who are using the app. Students, irrespective of the economic background, get to interact with their peers and teachers from different parts of the country that makes the learning process better.”

She said one only needs a group code to join a group in the open school. All the relevant group codes are available on the app and this information is also available on the website too www.eckovation.com. Schools too can form their groups for school level announcements and classroom communication and stay in touch with students and their parents outside schools.

She added various schools across Delhi-NCR, Mumbai and many regions are using the app in their schools for day-to-day school level announcements and classroom communication. The app ensures user privacy by keeping the phone numbers private. Teachers and admins at school level have access to the student data so that they can easily manage the discussions and provide proper feedback to students. — TNS
