Karnal: In compliance with the instructions of the government to improve the result percentage of the upcoming board exams of Class X and XII to be held in next month, Karnal Deputy Commissioner Nishant Kumar Yadav on Monday reviewed the previous results and gave tips to improve the results in the coming exams. He made it clear that the heads of worst performing schools in the coming results will have to face action. Even they can be given adverse remarks in the ACR. “The performance of all schools is being monitored. In the coming results, the heads of worst performing schools will have to face action. Such headmaster or principal will be given adverse remarks in the ACR. The best hardworking teachers of schools will be honoured on Republic Day and the names will be recommended to government for action against worst performing teachers,” the DC said, while addressing the heads of various schools. He exhorted them to achieve the target fixed by the Directorate of School Education. — TNS
