Ludhiana, December 26

The police today organised a mega camp to dispose of matrimonial dispute cases at the Police Lines. The camp was organised to resolve the long pending matrimonial disputes at the women cell and other police stations.

Police Commissioner Rakesh Agrawal said as many as 1,510 complaints were disposed of at the mega camp in a single day.

The CP said as many as 133 couples opted for mutual divorce while in 34 cases, FIR was recommended against the accused.
