“I immediately reached the spot and found my father lying in a pool of blood. He had suffered serious head injuries in the accident and was immediately rushed to a hospital. After struggling for his life for several days he succumbed to his injuries yesterday,” alleged Pritpal.
“The driver hit his tractor into my father’s scooter from behind due to which he suffered serious head injuries,” Pritpal added.
Later, when the complaint was submitted, the police identified the tractor- trailer driver as Harvinder Singh Binda, a resident of Bardeke village. A case under Section 304A of the IPC was registered against the suspect, who was still at large.
In another case, the Sarabha Nagar police have registered a case against Chirag of Kidwai Nagar for causing an accident.
