Chandigarh, April 20

Naveen Kumar Jindal, the media incharge of Delhi BJP, today moved the Punjab and Haryana HC for quashing of an FIR registered in Mohali on April 7 on the ground that the matter was a classic case of political malafide.

The FIR was registered for forgery and other offences under Sections 465, 468, 500, 504, 505(1) (b) of the IPC and Section 66 of the IT Act.
