ISL: Kerala, Odisha settle for goalless draw

Kochi: Kerala Blasters FC remained winless for the third consecutive match following a goalless draw against Odisha FC in a Indian Super League match here today. The contest was marred by injuries to key players from both teams as Jairo Rodriguez, Raphael Messi Bouli and Aridane Santana had to be substituted in the first half. The changes affected the pace of the game that ultimately ended without a winner.

Million more 2020 Oly tickets going on sale in new lottery   

Tokyo Olympics organisers said today they will put around a million more tickets for the 2020 Games on sale this month. The second online lottery, restricted to residents of Japan, will run from November 13 to 26 and will be the last time tickets are offered exclusively for residents of the host nation. Additional rounds of sales will begin in the spring.

Ibrahimovic set for AC Milan return 

Zlatan Ibrahimovic is set to rejoin Italian side AC Milan after his successful stint at LA Galaxy, Major League Soccer Commissioner Don Garber has said. The 38-year-old Swedish striker has spent the past 18 months in MLS but his contract with Galaxy expires at the end of the year. Ibrahimovic played for Milan between 2010 and 2012, scoring 42 goals in 61 league appearances.

NBA: LA Clippers rally past Blazers 

Los Angeles Clippers rallied from an eight-point, fourth-quarter hole to defeat Portland Trail Blazers 107-101. The victory was the 900th of Clippers coach Doc Rivers’ career. He is the 13th coach to reach the milestone. Meanwhile, San Antonio Spurs beat Oklahoma City Thunder 121-112, Miami Heat beat Phoenix Suns 124-108 and Boston Celtics beat Charlotte Hornets 108-87.
