Man nabbed near border

Tarn Taran: Jawans of the BSF 77th Battalion nabbed a suspicious person from the border area near Muthianwala village, 50 km from here, on Sunday. Identified as Mohan, alias Ramu, of Bihar, he has been handed over to the Patti Sadar police. A case under Section 188 of the IPC has been registered against him. The police said the accused was caught near the border fence where movement is prohibited by the DC. The motive of the accused behind such an act is yet to be ascertained. OC
