MALOUT: A man was killed and another injured after a car rammed into a tree near Singhewala village here.

Malout, November 17

A man was killed and another injured after a car rammed into a tree near Singhewala village here. The deceased has been Ghukkar Singh.

According to information, Malkit Singh, a resident of Mangeana in Haryana, along with his friend Ghukkar Singh, was traveling in his Swift car when the car rammed into the tree. Ghukkar died on the spot while Malkit sustained injuries.

The Lambi police have started inquest proceedings in this regard.
