Man held with heroin, weapon

Malout: The police on Tuesday arrested a man after one gram of heroin, an illegal weapon and nine cartridges were recovered from him. The police have also impounded his car. The accused has been identified as Navratan Kumar ‘Happy’. However, his accomplice managed to flee from the spot. A case has been registered against the accused in this regard.
