The Congress is leaving no stone unturned to win the bypoll in Ward No. 30, which is scheduled to be held on June 21. On Sunday, Finance Minister Manpreet Badal held a meeting with party leaders and workers at the election office in Bank Bazaar to discuss the strategy for the bypoll.

Addressing the workers, the Finance Minister said, “Jeetmal is a senior face of the party in the city and a strong candidate. The victory margin of the Congress candidate should be huge. To ensure his victory, all workers should make their all-out efforts in the remaining three to four days.”

Senior Congress leaders of the city held discussions with the Finance Minister regarding the poll preparations.

Manpreet also met residents of his constituency to resolve their issues.
