According to the FIR, Sumitra Devi, a resident of Sector 52, had told the police that on September 30 last year, she was at her home along with her brother Dharmender and 10-year-old son. Around 8:30 pm, about 10 persons entered the house and attacked Devi and her brother with swords and sticks.
