Chandigarh, February 18
Two motorcycle-borne miscreants sped away after snatching a mobile phone from a cyclist here this evening.
The incident took place on a road towards the Khuda Lahora side near the PGIMER, Chandigarh.
The victim failed to note down the registration number of the motorcycle. Later, the police were informed about the incident.
