Complainants depose before probe panel

Chandigarh, February 8

Three women working for a security agency contractor, whom they have accused of sexual harassment, recorded their statements before the internal complaint committee of the Government Rehabilitation Institute for Intellectual Disabilities in Sector 31 here today.

The committee formed to prevent sexual harassment of women at the workplace is probing the charge levelled by four women employees of the contractor, Ram Pal Singh.

BS Chavan, Director, GMCH-32, which controls the institute, said, “I will get the report on Monday and decide the further course of action.” — TNS
