Chandigarh, January 28
Chandigarh University, Gharuan, in association with SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management), has launched two-year MBA degree in the field of strategic HR.
It is the first-of-its-kind MBA programme in North India. The programme was announced during a launch ceremony at CII headquarters, north region, Chandigarh. RS Bawa, Vice-Chancellor, Chandigarh University, and Achal Khanna, CEO, SHRM, India, exchanged the formal MoU.
Achal said SHRM’s aim was to create better entry level HR professionals through education, competency assessment and internships.— TNS
