A six-feet long snake was rescued from Delhi University’s South campus here today.
The snake, which was coiled in an electric box, was rescued by the Wildlife SOS Rapid Response Team after panic struck authorities reported its presence to police, who in turn called the animal rescue team.
Startled at seeing a large snake entangled in the wires, the university faculty called the PCR who further informed the Wildlife SOS.
The snake has been identified as a non-venomous specie. — PTI
