Ingersoll Rand, Elara Technologies and To The New are among the Indian companies figuring in the ‘India’s Best Companies to Work For 2019’list released by Great Place to Work recently.  

Ingersoll Rand, a world leader in creating comfortable, sustainable and efficient environments has  been named one of the top 100 companies in the country based on a rigorous assessment conducted by the Great Place to Work Institute. Ingersoll Rand has earned this recognition for creating a Great Place to Work for All employees and for excelling on the five dimensions of building a High-Trust, High-Performance Culture — Fairness, Credibility, Respect, Pride and Camaraderie. 

Elara Technologies Pte Ltd., owner of Housing.com, PropTiger.com, Makaan.com, has been ranked 34th in the annual ranking, while To The New has been ranked 47th in the country. 

Elara Technologies’ initiatives centred around its employees, including global best practices, extensive training modules and employee benefits along with a commitment towards work-life balance contributed significantly to the company’s strong performance on the list.

TO THE NEW has been honoured for the third consecutive time after being assessed amongst over 900 companies from across India. TO THE NEW’s strong feedback loop and continuity in measuring, tracking & reporting “people happiness & growth KPIs” with the rigor lead the company to achieve this award.  TO THE NEW uses a variety of tools & ways to truly listen to everyone in the Organization - whether it is surveys, formal & informal check-ins, etc.
