A brother-sister duo was arrested for allegedly tearing uniform of a head constable at Sukhna Lake here on Friday.

The incident took place when Baljinder Singh, a resident of Sector 38, had visited the lake along with his wife and sister. He allegedly had a fight with a vendor over some payment issue. The police were apprised of the matter and it was resolved.
