BJP turning state into Lanka: Cong

Contrary to its claims of establishing “Ram rajya”, the ruling BJP is turning Haryana into “Lanka” through poor governance, said Congress spokesperson Shakti Singh Gohil at press conference here on Tuesday.

“Employees across the state are up against the government for its anti-employee policies. The Congress government had increased the age of retirement from 58 years to 60. But the BJP rolled it back,” he claimed.

Gohil claimed unemployment was at an all-time high at 28.7 percent, vacancies in middle and high schools were at 27 per cent and in primary schools at 17 per cent.
