MBBS students take out ‘shav yatra’

Jhajjar: Students of the MBBS course of the World College of Medical Science and Research at Girawar village on Wednesday took out a ‘shav yatra’ (funeral procession) of the college here.

Jhajjar: Students of the MBBS course of the World College of Medical Science and Research at Girawar village on Wednesday took out a ‘shav yatra’ (funeral procession) of the college here. They said they had been observing an indefinite fast and four of their batchmates had been admitted to the Civil Hospital after their condition deteriorated, but the state government was turning a blind eye to them. “We have been demanding shifting of our batch to any other medical college in the state as the college does not have adequate doctors to teach us,” said a protester.
