3 Kashmiri doctors win awards

SRINAGAR: Dr Adil Malik was conferred with the ‘Young Oral Pathologist of 2018’’ award by the Society for Scientific Research and Studies in collaboration with the International Association Trust during a ceremony held in Chandigarh on Sunday.

Dr Adil Malik was conferred with the ‘Young Oral Pathologist of 2018’’ award by the Society for Scientific Research and Studies in collaboration with the International Association Trust during a ceremony held in Chandigarh on Sunday.

Dr Adil focused his work on spindle cell lesions and its classification.

Shabeena Mustafa, a postgraduate student of prosthodontics at the Institute of Dental Studies and Technology, Modinagar, Uttar Pradesh, has been conferred with the “Best Postgraduate Prosthodontist of 2018”.

Another Kashmiri doctor Asiya Basheer was adjudged the “Young Pedodontist of 2018”.
