MLA urges schools to participate in campaign

A science exhibition was organised by Pandori Bibi Middle School. MLA Chabbewal Dr Raj Kumar marked his presence at the exhibition to motivate the students. Spectacular models and other scientific projects were displayed by students.

Apart from the exhibition, the MLA also praised the cleanliness and maintenance of the school.

Chabbewal said he wanted to see all the government schools of his constituency to be exactly like that.

He said many important decisions had been taken by the Congress government for the uplift of government school. Initiatives were also taken to involve teachers and students. One such initiative is ‘Mera Pind Meri Shaan’ campaign in which a cash prize would be awarded in each district.

For the cleanest Anganvadi Kendra, Rs 50,000 would be awarded, Rs 1 lakh would be given to senior secondary schools and an amount of 50,000 would be given to the primary middle school.

Dr Raj appealed to all government schools of the Chabbewal constituency to participate in the campaign.
