JALANDHAR: On the third day of the 30th National Road Safety Week today, students from various schools of the city greeted traffic rule offenders with roses.

On the third day of the 30th National Road Safety Week today, students from various schools of the city greeted traffic rule offenders with roses.

They requested residents to follow traffic rules while driving. Traffic police officials had deployed students at crowded chowks such as Namdev Chowk, Workshop Chowk, Kapurthala Chowk and BSF Chowk. Students were told to give flowers to the violators. Students, teachers and staff of DIPS School, BSF Campus School and Swamidas Public School besides others were called today for the event. — TNS
