Two drug peddlers arrested

The Phagwara Police have arrested two drugs peddlers identified as Rakesh Kumar and Rohit Kumar, both residents of Phagwara and recovered 90,000 ML of liquor kept in ten boxes from their possession.

Station House Officer Jatinderjit Singh said the accused were nabbed at a check point when they were going on a Scootor loaded with two boxes of liquor.

Later eight more boxes were recovered from them. A case under NDPS Act has been registered against them.
