SHO, 5 others summoned

Ludhiana: Judicial Magistrate Sumit Sabharwal has summoned Shimlapuri SHO Davinder Singh Malhi, on the charges of kidnapping for murder and causing injuries. Other summoned are ASI Dalbir Singh, head constables Tarsem Singh, Paramjit Singh, constable Bahadur Singh and PHG Arur Singh.

Judicial Magistrate Sumit Sabharwal has summoned Shimlapuri SHO Davinder Singh Malhi, on the charges of kidnapping for murder and causing injuries. Other summoned are ASI Dalbir Singh, head constables Tarsem Singh, Paramjit Singh, constable Bahadur Singh and PHG Arur Singh. They have been ordered to appear before the court on August 16. Tarsem Singh, president of Bhartiya Bhalai Morcha, submitted before the court that on April 9, 2017, when he was standing outside the DC office, the accused thrashed him. Thereafter he was kidnapped by the police for the intension of murder. He even met Commissioner of Police and DC Ludhiana. His wife also made complaints to the senior police officers, but in vain. He then approached the court to get justice.
