Youth molests girl near park
Ludhiana: The Focal Point police have nabbed a 24-year-old youngster for attempting to molest a six-year-old girl. A case of Prevention of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act has been registered against him. The Focal Point SHO, Inspector Amandeep Singh Brar, said the girl was playing in a park where the suspect was also present. He took the girl to an auto-rickshaw parked nearby. When the girl’s brother and other people present in the park noticed him, they raised the alarm and informed the police. TNS
