Samajwadi Party revokes suspension of 5 MLAs

LUCKNOW: The Samajwadi Party on Saturday revoked the suspension of five party MLAs from Sitapur district with immediate effect. The MLAs were suspended during the panchyat poll last year due to anti-party activities.

The Samajwadi Party on Saturday revoked the suspension of five party MLAs from Sitapur district with immediate effect.

The suspension of party MLAs — Rampal Yadav, Mahendra Singh, alias Jheen Babu, Manish Rawat, Radhey Shyam Jaiswal and Anup Gupta — has been revoked with immediate effect by party president Mulayam Singh Yadav, Ram Gopal Yadav, national general secretary of SP, said.

The five MLAs of Sitapur district were suspended during the panchyat poll last year due to anti-party activities. — PTI
