Man assaults son over property

A man was allegedly shot at by his father over dispute regarding selling old property. He was seriously injured and referred to DMC, Ludhiana.

According to the information received, Robin Kumar (30) lived with his father in a house in Tulsi Nagar Kachche quarters near government college. He had a boutique outside their house. His father, Vijaya Kumar, wanted to sell some old properties on which he had a dispute with Robin. They had an argument over the issue and in rage Vijay allegedly opened fire at Robin.

The police reached the spot and took Vijay Kumar into custody.
