CHANDIGARH:Jujhaar Singh was in sole lead with a card of 2-under 70 in the boys U-13 category on the second day of the Milkha Junior Golf Championship at the Chandigarh Golf Club.

Chandigarh, January 8 

Jujhaar Singh was in sole lead with a card of 2-under 70 in the boys U-13 category on the second day of the Milkha Junior Golf Championship at the Chandigarh Golf Club. Ayaan Gupta finished on the second spot with a score of par 72.

In the girls 15 to 17 years age category, Heena Kang maintained her lead with a score of 2-over 74. Harjai Milkha Singh emerged as the sole leader in the boys U-9 age category. Kolkata's Anshul Mishra shot the best score of the day in the boys U-10 category. He closed the second day with a score of a 3-under 69 to lead by 14 shots. Sawai HS Bhati of Ahmedabad emerged as the sole leader of the boys 15 to 18 years age category with a 3-over 75. 

A total of four junior champions will earn a spot to compete in the Jakarta Junior World Golf Championship in May. All the four juniors will be supported by the Milkha Charitable Trust.
