Chandigarh, December 6
Youths riding a Fortuner have been booked by the Chandigarh Police for opening fire outside a night club in the Industrial Area-I, here.
The incident was reported on Saturday night. However, the police received a complaint today. Sources said around five suspects came for party at a club named “Tamzaraa”.
The police said the suspects had an argument with the club staff over bill. The suspects came out of the club and opened fire. They later then escaped from the spot in a Fortuner.
Club manager Ratan submitted a police complaint following which a case has been registered at the Industrial Area police station. The police said the suspects were captured in CCTV footage. — TNS
