Patiala, July 13
Former Union Minister of State for External Affairs Preneet Kaur launched the book titled ‘Rise and Decline of the Mughal empire’’ in the Indian state of Punjab on Thursday at a function organised at New Moti Bagh ,Patiala. The book is authored by Jaswant Singh Puri. The book traces the rise and fall of the Mughal Empire and its emperors in the 19th century.
Interestingly, the foreword of the book is penned by Preneet Kaur. — TNS
