HIV-affected kids given stationery

CHANDIGARH: A team led by Dr Gaurav Gaur, assistant professor, Centre for Social Work, PU, Chandigarh, reached out to around 36 HIV-affected children at Anandpur Sahib, Punjab.



Chandigarh, April 20

A team led by Dr Gaurav Gaur, assistant professor, Centre for Social Work, PU, Chandigarh, reached out to around 36 HIV-affected children at Anandpur Sahib, Punjab. Ishita Choudhary, an NSS volunteer, said all affected children were given stationery items such as registers, copies, pens, bags, pencils and colour boxes. They were also given health kits, which included toothbrush, toothpaste. — TNS
