Gurugram, February 18
Owners of flats in the partially collapsed tower of Chintels Paradiso here will soon get their money back.
DC Nishant Yadav, who visited the society today, said the modalities of the refund would be worked out soon. There are 64 flats in D tower, which collapsed partially on February 10 claiming the lives of two residents. The owners have since been demanding buyback of flats at current market rate.
“We have met residents and representatives of the builder. We will soon work out details of refund,” Yadav said.
Officials said the inquiry report would be submitted soon. A team of IIT-Delhi today visited the society for its structural audit.
