The Haryana Government today ordered new timings for the night curfew to arrest the spurt in Covid-19 cases. The new timings would be from 10 pm to 5 am instead of 9 pm to 5 am announced yesterday.

In his order, Sanjeev Kaushal, Financial Commissioner Revenue and Member, Haryana State Disaster Management Authority, also announced relaxations for the smooth running of essential services and movement of essential and non-essential commodities.

Private security services, Internet service providers, pharmaceutical companies and telecommunications services are some of exempted categories allowed movement in the state.

The DCs have also been told to ensure the movement of inter-state and intra-state movement of goods by checking identity cards or e-passes issued by states and UTs.
