Rampur: Amit Kumar Sharma, a 2016-batch IAS officer, on Saturday took charge as Deputy Commissioner of Kinnaur. Prior to this, he served as ADM Una, Sub Divisional Officer Sundernagar, Sub Divisional Officer Bhoranj, and BDO Pachhad. Before assuming the charge as Kinnaur DC, Sharma was holding the charge of Director (Private and Finance), Himachal Pradesh State Electricity Board. Sharma, who hails from Dharamsala, has completed his graduation in veterinary sciences.
