The woman who accused singer-actor Karan Oberoi—the so-called the chocolate boy from the Indian boy band ‘A Band of Boys’—of rape and extortion was attacked by two bike-borne men on Saturday.

The victim’s advocate informed police that she was attacked with a sharp object around 6:30 am on Sunday.

An unsigned letter thrown at the woman asked her to withdraw her case.

"The woman has filed a complaint at Oshiwara police station that she was attacked by two unknown bikers this morning at 6:30 AM at Lokhandwala road when she was on a morning walk," senior police officer Shailesh Pasalwar told news agency ANI.

"Oshiwara police station has taken note of FIR and the investigation is underway," he added.

Oberoi’s lawyer has denied the charges. Dinesh Tiwary, in a statement to Spotboye.com said: “Her allegations are false, she is simply trying to obstruct Karan's bail”.

A First Information Report against Oberoi claims the singer-actor raped her on the promise of marriage, filmed the act and threatened to make the video public unless she paid up.

The 34-year old victim, who is also an astrologer, said she had met the suspect through a dating app in 2016.

A year later, Oberoi allegedly offered her spiked coconut water and then raped assaulted her. He allegedly extorted a lot of valuables and expensive gadgets from the victim, demanded cash from her and again raped her after promising marriage.
