Third week in a row, Kaun Banega Crorepati Season 12 has got one more crorepati in Anupa Das. Winner of Rs 1crore, Anupa is a teacher who hails from Jagdalpur in Chhatisgarh. The 42-year-old attempted all the questions coming her way with utmost confidence and humility. As Amitabh Bachchan announced ‘sahijawaab’ on the Rs 1 crore question, Anupa was not just smiling ear-to-ear but also had tears of joy in her eyes.
One of the prime reasons why she tried her luck on KBC was to be able to afford her mother’s cancer treatment and that makes the win more special for her.
