Hearing in Johal case on February 4

Moga, January 21

The District and Sessions Court on Monday fixed February 4 as the next of hearing for prosecution evidences in a case of terror activities involving UK resident Jagtar Singh Johal and local gangsters Taljit Singh Jimmy, Ramandeep Singh Bagga, Dharminder Singh Gugni, Hardeep Singh Shera, Anil Kumar and Jagjit Singh Jaggi.

The charges against all of them have already been framed on July 12, 2018 under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act and the Arms Act. The case is linked to the targeted killing cases of two Dera Sacha Sauda followers in Faridkot district in 2016. — TNS
