DAV College session begins

AMRITSAR: DAV College started its 64th academic session on Monday.

Amritsar, July 16

DAV College started its 64th academic session on Monday. On this occasion, a havan was conducted to welcome the students and to bring to them the blessings of the almighty for the year ahead.

Sudarshan Kapoor, chairman, Local Managing Committee (LMC), VM Vinayak, senior advocate, Punjab and Haryana High Court, and Mahesh Behl, member, Local Managing Committee, were present.

During the occasion, Principal Dr Rajesh Kumar presented a vote of thanks to the guests and welcomed the new students.

Sudarshan Kapoor congratulated the college for its achievements in the academic session.

Prof Sunil Sachdeva, vice principal; Prof Rajiv Arora, staff secretary; Prof GS Sidhu, registrar; Dr Rajni Khanna, administrator; and Prof Amita Sharma along with others were present.
