After voting for the Lok Sabha elections, SAD chief and party candidate from Ferozepur Sukhbir Singh Badal and his wife Harsimrat Kaur Badal look confident about their victory.

They spent most of the time with their family and met some party workers on Monday and Tuesday. Later, they, along with former Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal, left for Delhi to attend a meeting of the NDA and dinner hosted by BJP chief Amit Shah.

Meanwhile, Congress candidate from Bathinda Amrinder Singh Raja Warring also looks confident about his victory. He said, “The exit polls are wrong as news channels are under the control of Narendra Modi. We will win all 13 seats in the state. Narendra Modi and Amit Shah would be out of power.”

On Monday, he visited the Gidderbaha Assembly segment and paid obeisance at a gurdwara in Jagraon. While interacting with scribes, he said, “I am confident that our slogan ‘23 May Bibi gayi’ will prove true.”

Notably, during campaigning, candidates had spent 14 to 16 hours a day in meeting party workers and addressing rallies. Meanwhile, supporters of all political parties have started a debate on social media with their posts and own exit polls.
