Guru Kashi University (GKU) organised a one-day management festival, ‘Jazba-2019’, on its campus on Thursday.

The main objective of the festival was to inculcate management skills in students. Gurlabh Singh Sidhu, chairman, GKU, was the chief guest at the occasion.

Dr Sunita Sukhija , Dean, University College of Commerce and Management (UCCM), who was the convenor of the festival, welcomed the guests and audience.

She said the festival provided a platform for commerce and management students to showcase their skills and abilities.

The Guru Kashi University chairman motivated the students to participate in these type of events and gain practical exposure, along with studies, which is the need of the hour.

Various activities, including poster-making, mehndi, logo-desigining, on the spot photography, solo singing and solo dancing, were also organised during the festival.
