Thieves decamp with cash

Zirakpur: Thieves struck at a flat of Rishi Apartment, Zirakpur, and decamped with jewellery and other valuables worth lakhs of rupees. As per sources, the theft took place in the absence of the flat owners. The incident came to light when they returned home. Prabhjot Singh, owner of Flat No. E-101 of Rishi Apartment, had gone to his office in Mohali. It was his wife who found locks of the flat broken. — OC
