Chief Secretary Shatrughan Singh today surveyed the preparations underway at Kedarnath for the upcoming Char Dham Yatra.

The Chief Secretary was accompanied by PWD Secretary DS Garbyal, Rudraprayag District Magistrate Raghav Langer, Tourism Secretary Shailesh Bhagoli, and GMVN Managing Director Ravi Shankar. He inspected the work being done by the National Institute of Mountaineering (NIM) in Kedarnath for the Char Dham Yatra, which is to start on May 9. Colonel Ajay Kothiyal, Principal of NIM, gave them information about their work in Kedarnath.
