Emphatic win for Raja Ram Mohan Roy Academy in cricket

DEHRADUN: Raja Ram Mohan Roy Academy beat Carman School, Dalanwala, by 101 runs in the Council Inter-School Sub-Junior Cricket Tournament, being played at St Jude’s School, here today.

Raja Ram Mohan Roy Academy beat Carman School, Dalanwala, by 101 runs in the Council Inter-School Sub-Junior Cricket Tournament, being played at St Jude’s School, here today.

Raja Ram Mohan Roy Academy won the toss and elected to bat first.

The Academy team scored 156 runs in the stipulated 20 overs with the help brilliant knocks by Vivek (35 not out), Shivam (23) and Kamlesh (20 runs). In reply, Carman School, Dalanwala, was bowled out for 55 runs. Shivin scored 18 runs while Ayush took two wickets.
