The All-India Jat Aarakshan Sangharsh Samiti has decided to boycott Prime MinisterNarendra Modi’s rally at Gurugram on November 1, said district samiti president Rajesh Dahiya here today.

State unit vice-president Mool Chand Dahiya said that innocent youths were not being released from jails and unnecessary harassment was being done to other youths on one pretext or the other.

On the other hand, the government was not taking any action against those who had indulged in violence, Dahiya alleged. He said the samiti would continue to observe a ‘Black Diwali’ till innocent youths were released.
