Karnal, April 11
Gharaunda SDM Gaurav Kumar, assigned magisterial inquiry into the clash at a place of safety in Madhuban on March 30, submitted his report to Deputy Commissioner Vinay Partap Singh.
The SDM did not divulge any details about his report. Sources claimed that an argument broke out in barrack seven and spread to barrack three when the staff tried to stop them.
The juvenile inmates had broken items in five of the seven barracks. They damaged CCTV cameras and a hard disc so that they could not be identified, the sources said.
