The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) held a meeting in New Delhi on Friday to ‘finalise’ a panel of three officers for appointment as the state’s next Director General of Police (DGP) in  accordance with guidelines of the Supreme Court.

Haryana Chief Secretary DS Dhesi attended the meeting. Though Dhesi could not be contacted, sources said the panel would be sent to the state government soon.
