The police have booked a man under the Juvenile Justice Act and the IPC for recording the video of a minor girl in a case relating to the rumour of human sacrifice in the Seraj valley of Mandi. The video was circulated on the social media two days ago.
Padamnabh, the accused, recorded the video of the girl in which she expressed her apprehension that she might be sacrificed. However, during counselling, the girl said no such thing against her family. The police said the accused had been booked under the Juvenile Justice Act.— TNS
