Srinagar: The Kashmir valley’s first-of-its kind fitness and nutrition consultancy firm ‘Livefit’ started operations here on Sunday. A venture of lawyer-turned-fitness expert and columnist Haider Baig, ‘Livefit’ offers clients unique packages, such as small group personal training and bridal fitness plans, besides the routine fitness and nutrition consultancy. “Each person is unique when it comes to training and nutrition. There is no one-size-fits-all fitness or diet plan. At ‘Livefit’ we provide each of our clients customised services to ensure that they achieve their fitness goals faster and with maximum results,” Baig said. The services are available at summer capital’s popular gym ‘ABC Fitness Hub’, located at Barzulla area. tns
