Phagwara, March 29
The Phagwara police arrested a drug peddler, identified as Vinit Kumar of Daddal Mohalla, here, today and recovered 50 gm of smack from his possession. Deputy Superintendent of the Police Dev Dutt Sharma said the accused was nabbed near the CRP Colony in Urban Estate, Phagwara, at a checkpoint.
A case has been registered under Sections 61, 1 and 14 of the NDPS Act.
