Bonn to have pan-India presence by 2021

The bread industry in India is poised to grow at a CAGR of over 10 per cent year on year. Bonn has a dominant market share in Punjab, Haryana Himachal and Jammu & Kashmir.

The bread industry in India is poised to grow at a CAGR of over 10 per cent year on year. Bonn has a dominant market share in Punjab, Haryana Himachal and Jammu & Kashmir. Bonn plans to have pan-India presence by 2021. Company has started operations at Mysore plant to catapult its products in the southern markets of Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Tamil Nadu and Kerala. A new plant would also be coming up at Sonepat. At present, Bonn has 12 manufacturing units and its own logistics fleet consisting of over 500 trucks. Bonn produces 1 million loaves of bread every day and exports its products to 55 countries.

Yarnex Texindia kicks off

Leaders in fibres and yarn, fabrics and accessories - YARNEX and TEXINDIA opened its Ludhiana chapter today. The 14 edition of YARNEX and 8th of TEXINDIA would be held from January 18 to 20 at Knitwear and Textile Trade Centre (Gold Souk Mall), GT Road, Jalandhar bypass. Rajeev Garg, president, North India Textile Manufacturing Association, said, “Ludhiana caters to the national and international market and YARNEX AND TEXINDIA coming to Ludhiana is no just a big boost for local market but also for players who cater to international market.”

Radisson Blu celebrates sixth anniversary

Radisson Blu Hotel MBD Ludhiana celebrated its 6th anniversary on January 18 by organising multiple activities, including in- house guest participation, clothes distribution to under privileged, lunch with senior citizens at Nishkam Sewa Ashram, Pakhowal Road, cleanliness drive in the vicinity of the hotel under the banner of Ashok Kumar Malhotra Charitable Trust, and cake cutting ceremony, among others. A pledge to take care of the environment and other activities marked the week long celebrations.
